Euro 2008: The Final Four
Of course, ask Alan Shearer who is going to win Euro 2008, and he'll look at you blankly, then look pleadingly at Alan Hansen, then mumble something about Germany or Spain. Funny that, people have been tipping them since the start. A more daring/interesting pundit might tell you that Russia have so far looked the most improved team in the competition, astonishingly good against Holland, and the Turks have developed a remarkable habit of clawing themselves back from impossible situations. But, of course, Shearer wouldn't know about that, he's just paid to look gorgeous, or something.
